Cyngor Caerdydd/Cardiff Council is recruiting for a Managed Accommodation Officer to join our newly formed service. The post holder will manage housing operations, ensure safety and maintenance compliance, and provide brief interventions to support residents.

The role works across multiple locations in Cardiff and is subject to an on-call rota outside normal office hours, with a temporary contract until 31 July 2027. Applications are welcomed in English and Welsh.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering Housing Management services or working with homeless or vulnerable residents.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and building maintenance practices.
• Ability to provide brief interventions to support residents and signpost to services.
