Job summary

Canterbury City Council is seeking a Content Designer to join the Digital Services team. You will design and improve accessible content and digital journeys across customer-facing services, using evidence and feedback to help customers complete tasks online.

You will develop online forms and workflows, advise on content best practices, and work with multidisciplinary teams from discovery through live service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience creating accessible content across devices and channels.
• Knowledge of service and interaction design principles.
• Proficient in plain English and accessibility standards.
