Job summary

Connect2Hackney is seeking a Content Designer to join a multi-disciplinary agile team delivering simpler, clearer, and faster local government services.

You’ll design end-to-end user journeys, evaluate content for accessibility, and collaborate across departments to ensure the user’s voice is reflected in policy and practice.

You’ll prototype content, use data and user research to inform decisions, and champion style guides to keep Hackney at the forefront of cross-government content.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional content design experience.
• Proven public sector experience.
• Proficient in user-centred design and working with user researchers.

Responsibilities
