Job summary

Brentford FC is seeking an Accessibility and Community Executive to help ensure the Club remains inclusive and connected with diverse supporters and local communities.

You will support accessible ticketing, matchday experiences and engagement initiatives, while contributing to accessibility improvements and community outreach across Wheatsheaf Park, Honeycroft and other venues.

The role requires strong communication, safeguarding awareness, and teamwork within the Fan and Community Relations team.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of accessibility principles and inclusive service delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with a wide range of audiences.
• Competent IT skills incl. Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities within a sporting or community environment.
• Knowledge of football supporter engagement and experience.
• Experience in professional football, sport or community sectors.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for disabled supporters, providing advice and assistance with enquiries and ticketing processes.
• Support planning and delivery of accessible matchday experiences for disabled supporters.
• Assist in managing relationships with accessibility stakeholders and disabled supporters groups.
• Support consultation and engagement initiatives with disabled supporters to gather insights and feedback.
• Monitor accessibility enquiries and provide timely, professional responses.
• Support delivery of accessibility projects across Club facilities and digital platforms.
• Ensure compliance with the Equality Act 2010 and Accessible Stadia Guide.
