Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accessibility principles and inclusive service delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with a wide range of audiences.
• Experience with safeguarding in sporting or community settings.
• Knowledge of the Equality Act 2010 and the Accessible Stadia Guide.
• Experience supporting disabled supporters or customers.
• Knowledge of Brentford FC, its supporter base and local community.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for disabled supporters, assisting with enquiries and ticketing.
• Plan and deliver accessible matchday experiences for disabled supporters.
• Engage with the Brentford Disabled Supporters Association and other accessibility stakeholders.
• Support consultation and engagement initiatives with disabled supporters for feedback.
• Monitor accessibility enquiries and provide timely, professional responses.
• Support accessibility projects across Club facilities, digital platforms and services.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with accessibility requirements and standards.
• Deliver community outreach events, school visits, stadium experiences and engagement activities for young people.
• Build relationships with schools, grassroots clubs and community groups.
• Develop initiatives to introduce new audiences to the Club and strengthen relationships.
• Support fan pathway opportunities and community ticketing initiatives.
• Represent the Club at Wheatsheaf Park and Uxbridge FC matches when required.
• Assist other projects within Fan & Community Relations.
