Job summary

Brentford FC is seeking an Accessibility and Community Executive to support accessibility and community objectives, ensuring inclusive experiences for disabled supporters and local communities. Based at Vantage, London, the role covers ticketing accessibility, matchday experiences, and community engagement initiatives.

Reporting to the Accessibility Senior Executive & Community Outreach Office, you will work with safeguarding standards, assist with events at Wheatsheaf Park and Uxbridge FC, and

Qualifications

  • Good understanding of accessibility principles and inclusive service delivery.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with a wide range of audiences.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding responsibilities within a sporting or community environment.
  • Experience supporting disabled supporters or customers.

Responsibilities

  • Support accessibility and community objectives, including accessible ticketing and matchday experiences.
  • Assist in engagement initiatives with local communities and schools.
  • Act as liaison with Brentford Disabled Supporters Association and other stakeholders.
  • Deliver community outreach events, school visits and fan engagement activities.
  • Ensure safeguarding standards are upheld and concerns escalated appropriately.
  • Support projects across Fan & Community Relations team.
