Brentford FC in London is seeking a Fan Relations Executive to enhance supporter experience and community engagement across matchdays and weekly activities.

You will respond to enquiries, support community initiatives and help build positive relationships with supporters and groups, including international fans. The role emphasizes inclusive service delivery and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer or supporter service.
• Strong understanding of football supporter culture and matchday operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; adaptable to audiences and channels.
• Good IT skills and ability to maintain records and databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage the supporter services inbox and fan enquiries with accurate, timely responses.
• Act as a helpful point of contact for supporters and escalate complex matters appropriately.
• Support preparation and publication of supporter information and matchday guides.
• Help deliver welcoming matchday experiences for home and away supporters.
• Engage with supporters to gather feedback and recommend improvements.
• Plan and deliver fan and community events and activities.
• Process invoices and maintain financial records within the team.
• Build relationships with supporter groups and keep engagement records up to date.
• Support minutes and reporting from fan working group meetings.
• Collaborate with ticketing, communications, marketing, operations and Brentford FC Community Sports Trust.
