Job summary

Brentford FC in London seeks an Accessibility and Community Executive to support accessibility and community objectives, ensuring inclusivity and connection with diverse supporters and local communities.

You will assist disabled supporters with accessible ticketing and matchday experiences while developing community engagement activities and fan campaigns across Brentford FC's venues, including Wheatsheaf Park and Uxbridge FC.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of accessibility principles and inclusive service delivery.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of the Equality Act 2010 and Accessible Stadia Guide.
  • Experience in football, sport, entertainment or community sectors.
  • Experience supporting disabled supporters or customers.
  • Holds a UK driving licence.
  • Excellent organisational skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary contact for disabled supporters, assisting with enquiries and ticketing processes.
  • Plan and deliver accessible matchday experiences for disabled supporters.
  • Manage relationships with Brentford Disabled Supporters Association and accessibility stakeholders.
  • Support consultation with disabled supporters to gather feedback.
  • Monitor accessibility enquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Assist in delivering accessibility projects across Club facilities and digital platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and standards.
  • Support the delivery of the community outreach programme and events.
