Job summary

Brentford FC is seeking a Fan Relations Executive to help deliver an inclusive, welcoming experience for supporters on matchdays and during the week. You will respond to enquiries, support fan engagement and community initiatives, and help manage supporter communications and events.

The role involves building relationships with supporters and groups, supporting matchday operations, and ensuring accurate records and reporting while representing the Fan & Community Relations team across Brentford

Qualifications

Experience delivering high-quality customer or supporter service.
Understanding of football supporter culture and matchday operations.
Strong written and verbal communication, with good record-keeping.
Ability to handle enquiries sensitively and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

Manage the supporter services inbox and inquiries with clear, empathetic responses.
Be a helpful contact for supporters, provide information and guidance.
Prepare and publish supporter information, match guides and fan content.
Support welcoming matchday experiences for home and away supporters.
Gather feedback from supporters and identify improvements to the fan experience.
Assist in planning fan and community events, tours and matchday activities.
Handle charity, community and ticketing requests professionally.
Maintain positive relationships with supporter groups and editors for records.
