The successful candidate will support Brentford FC's accessibility and community objectives, helping ensure the Club remains inclusive, accessible and connected to its diverse supporters and local communities. They will support disabled supporters through accessible ticketing, matchday experiences and engagement initiatives, while contributing to the ongoing improvement of accessibility across the Club. The role will also support community engagement activities, building positive relationships with local communities and delivering fan engagement campaigns and events that introduce new audiences to Brentford FC, including matchday support at Wheatsheaf Park and Honeycroft, home to our under-21s, under-18s and women's teams. In addition, the successful candidate will act as a designated fan and community relations representative at selected matches and events, ensuring safeguarding standards are upheld and concerns are escalated appropriately.
