Job summary

Stoke City Football Club is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team of Safety Stewards to support events, training and matchday operations. Casual and intermittent basis with evenings and weekends availability.

Induction training provided, with the opportunity to work towards Level 2 Spectator Safety. You will contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for attendees and be part of a dedicated team ensuring positive experiences at training sessions and matches.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with attendees from diverse backgrounds.
• Proven ability to manage challenging situations with composure and professionalism.
• Understanding of safety practices in crowded environments.
• Fit and active, with the temperament to handle the requirements of the role.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Maintain a consistently professional demeanour and presentation.

Academy Steward and Event Safety Stewards (Casual)

Stoke City Football Club of the English Football League is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team of Safety Stewards to support events, training and matchday operations. Positions are available at our Training Ground Facility at Clayton Wood or at the bet365 Stadium.

As a Safety Steward, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of all attendees including parents, staff, players and guests, while providing them with an enjoyable experience.

You will have the opportunity to develop your operational knowledge through a comprehensive induction process, gaining the necessary skills to enhance the overall experience for our guests. All relevant training will be provided including the opportunity to work towards achieving a Level 2 qualification in Spectator Safety.

The successful candidates will have availability to work during evenings and weekends. Positions will be offered on a casual and intermittent basis.
