Epta UK is seeking a Project Manager for its Contracting Solutions department to lead AC&R installations, from survey through delivery, including coordination with internal teams and subcontractors. The role is home-based with travel to Ringwood, offering autonomy and a strong focus on quality and costs.

You will work under the Format Operations Manager to ensure projects meet high standards while maintaining schedules and budgets. Evening/weekend work may be required.

Formación

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in design and delivery of AC&R projects, preferably in convenience retail.
• Ability to manage surveys, design, quotation through to delivery and completion.
• Strong communication and coordination with clients, suppliers and internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design & Project Management: Carry out surveys and meetings to design and manage AC&R projects to Co-op specification.
• Team & Resource Coordination: Liaise with project managers, engineers and subcontractors; procure equipment/materials.
• Client & Supplier Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients and suppliers; resolve issues; ensure snag-free projects.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to health & safety, environment and quality policies; maintain documentation.
• Administration & Financial Control: Approve invoices; manage costs per budgets and procedures.
