Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Residential Development team to deliver major land and residential projects from inception to completion. You will lead infrastructure works, coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities to meet programme, budget and quality targets.

Role is based on site in Aldershot, Hampshire, with five days on site during probation and a potential for one remote day per week after probation. NEC4 and JCT contract knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering background essential.
• Experience in project, contract or construction management.
• Practical knowledge of NEC4 and JCT contracts.
• Experience with Environment Agency, National Highways, Natural England or local authorities advantageous.
• Bridges and pump station construction experience desirable.
• Eligible for Security Clearance and commuting distance to Aldershot.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and administration of infrastructure projects across RIBA Stages 1–6.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, utilities and authorities.
• Ensure delivery to programme, budget and quality expectations.
• Define project scope, deliverables and success criteria; manage risks and changes.
• Administer NEC4/JCT contracts; manage costs, forecasting and billing.
• Oversee highways, drainage and utilities infrastructure works.
• Maintain quality, information governance and project controls.
