Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is recruiting a dynamic Project/Account Manager to lead safety-critical projects in the construction industry. This office-based role offers weekday hours and focuses on client interaction, Hoddesdon location, and delivering consultancy.

You will manage enquiries, translate client needs into services, maintain CRM records, and drive quotations through to completion while supporting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering consultancy and project management in a client-facing environment.
• Ability to understand client requirements and tailor consultancy accordingly.
• Proficiency with CRM systems to manage enquiries and project data.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming project enquiries and interpret client requirements.
• Provide high-quality consultancy tailored to client needs.
• Record and maintain project information within the CRM system.
• Prepare client quotations using the bespoke CRM platform.
• Follow up on quotations in line with departmental processes.
• Build rapport with key decision-makers and nurture long-term relationships.
• Oversee projects from enquiry to delivery and completion.
• Participate in contract reviews and negotiations.
• Support achievement of departmental revenue targets.
