Job summary

Luton Bennett is seeking a Project & Contracts Manager (Engineering) to oversee multiple small to medium installation projects from concept to completion. You will lead planning, cost control, and risk management, coordinating internal teams and external suppliers.

The role involves nationwide site visits, typically 1–2 times per week, from a home-based base. Salary £44,000–£48,000 plus benefits including a company car, fuel card, PPE and branded clothing, meal allowance, pension, and 26 days

Qualifications

• Experienced project manager with ability to lead complex engineering projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working independently.
• Experience in an engineering/technical industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects, overseeing planning, delivery, cost and quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Delivery of small to medium installation projects.
• Manage up to 40–50 projects concurrently.
• Support design and construction phases.
• Risk management and reporting on financial performance.
