Job summary

DCA Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager for roles based in London with remote work and regular travel to Reading or North London project sites.

The role focuses on ownership of projects across the full lifecycle—from mobilisation to commissioning—working with technical, commercial and operations teams. Strong PM expertise in electrical infrastructure is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Project Manager within electrical utilities, power infrastructure, electrical contracting or a similar environment.
• Proven experience managing electrical construction or infrastructure projects from mobilisation through to commissioning and completion.
• Strong understanding of project planning, procurement, subcontractors, risk, programme and commercial management.
• Good knowledge of RAMS, work packs, CDM, quality and site safety, with confidence coordinating site teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of electrical projects from handover through to completion and commissioning.
• Manage programmes, resources, procurement, risks and key milestones.
• Coordinate design, commercial, site and subcontractor teams to ensure safe and timely delivery.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, variations and overall commercial performance.
• Ensure projects are fully planned, delivered and successfully handed over and closed out.
