Job summary

Greencore is seeking a People Services Associate – Absence for a fixed-term contract ending 31 July 2027. Based in Spalding with hybrid working, you will provide high-quality absence support to MyHR Employee Services and handle HR administration across the employee lifecycle.

You will work to SOPs, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with HR colleagues to improve service delivery. A proactive, discreet, and customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative support in a busy office.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent accuracy, thoroughness and attention to detail.
• Clear and articulate communicator.
• Demonstrates proactive, organised approach and analytical thinking.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and comply with GDPR.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line absence support to MyHR Employee Services.Adhere to SOPs, SLA, policy and legislation to resolve queries.
• Escalate to subject matter experts when needed and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain relationships with colleagues and deliver a great customer experience.
• Support workload distribution and identify bottlenecks to improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records in HRIS and other systems in real time.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of MyHR Employee Services.
