Zusammenfassung

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our team in London. You will be responsible for timely collections and deliveries to customer sites, ensuring loads are secure and compliant with safety rules.

Your duties include operating commercial vehicles, checking vehicle safety before trips, communicating with customers, and adhering to working time regulations. A CPC, Tachograph card and clean licence are required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of driving licence category C1 with no more than 6 points.
• CPC Certification is required.
• Tachograph card held.
• Proactive approach to safety of company vehicles and other drivers.
• Polite manner when visiting customer premises.
• Good geographical knowledge; industry experience desirable.
• Ability to use IT systems; desirable.
• FORS compliance desirable.

About The Role

Are you ready to be a part of our rapidly developing business. We are looking for a talented 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our team to ensure timely collection and deliveries from customer sites whilst consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

What will you be doing?

• Operating commercial vehicles for the transportation of goods
• Ensuring the vehicle is safe and roadworthy before commencing any journey, as well as the safe loading, unloading and security of the vehicle load
• Visiting customer locations, communicating with both internal and external customers
• Installing plant attachment equipment on customer sites
• Ensuring that the legal and company safety requirements, alongside the working time directive regulations are adhered to at all time
