Job summary

CIS Security Ltd in Birmingham is seeking a polished Receptionist to join a prestigious, recently refurbished office destination. You will be the first point of contact for occupiers and visitors, delivering a seamless 5-star front of house experience in a vibrant, professional environment.

Experience in high-end corporate reception or luxury hospitality is preferred. You will meet and greet clients, provide VIP treatment, manage bookings and concierge services, and help ensure every guest feels

Qualifications

Experience in high end corporate reception, 5 star hotel or 1st class cabin crew preferred.
Meeting and greeting clients with a warm 5-star welcome.
Ensure guests receive VIP treatment.
Provide front of house services and bookings.
Maintain a professional, approachable demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

Meet and greet clients in reception and provide a warm welcome.
Manage bookings, concierge services and visitor arrangements.
Escort visitors around the building and inform them of facilities.
Communicate professionally with residents and guests as a representative of the company.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area and desk.
Coordinate with facilities and security for smooth operations.
Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service.
