Global Investment Business in Central London is seeking two exceptional Receptionists to join a prestigious and fast-growing international organisation based in the heart of London.

You’ll act as a brand ambassador, delivering a five‑star front‑of‑house experience, welcoming senior executives and coordinating meetings in a busy, presentable space. This office-based role is 5 days a week, with a strong emphasis on professional service.

Qualifications

• Corporate reception experience (e.g. corporate reception, private equity or financial services reception)
• Luxury hospitality/retail or premium airline cabin crew backgrounds with strong client-facing experience

Responsibilities

• Delivering a polished, five‑star front‑of‑house experience for guests, clients and employees
• Welcoming senior executives, investors and external visitors with confidence and professionalism
• Managing multiple meeting rooms, coordinating bookings and ensuring spaces are presentation‑ready
• Supporting meeting logistics, refreshments and visitor management
