Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer for a manufacturing site in Portishead on a 4-on 4-off shift pattern. Salary £50,000–£54,000 plus overtime (OTE £71k), 36 days holiday, ongoing training and clear progression into management within 2 years.

You will carry out planned and reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance across conveyors, motors and gearboxes, with a focus on fault finding and servicing.

Qualifications

• Experience in planned and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Strong fault-finding skills on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Comfort with rotating shift patterns and a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
