You will perform PPMs and breakdown repairs on production equipment, fault find and repair electrical and mechanical systems, and support machine reliability across the site.

The role offers hands-on training, on-the-job development, and a structured path for progression with uncapped overtime paid at time and a half.

Are you a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or similar, looking to join an established manufacturing company offering on-the-job training, long-term progression, and uncapped overtime?

You will work within a busy production environment, helping to keep machinery running efficiently and supporting continued growth across the site.

In this varied role, you will carry out planned preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns across production equipment and site machinery. You will fault find, complete repairs, support machine reliability, and work closely with production teams to minimise downtime and keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.

This role would suit a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer who is looking for a 4 on 4 off shift role, on-the-job training, progression, and uncapped overtime paid at time and a half.

The Role:

• PPMs and breakdown repairs on production equipment and site machinery
• Fault finding, repairs, machine reliability, and general maintenance duties
• 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 1 week days 6:00am - 6:00pm, then 1 week nights 6:00pm - 6:00am

The Person:

• Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or similar
• Experience working on production machinery or within a manufacturing environment
• Commutable to Knighton
