Primary Responsibilities:

• Technologies: Experience with Azure, 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID, Networking, Cybersecurity
• Resolving Incidents: Handle technical problems escalated from 2nd line support.
• Project Rollouts: Manage deployments such as entire 365 migrations.
• Maintain Systems: Perform updates, troubleshoot network issues, and apply patches.
• User Support: Assist staff with hardware, software, or internet issues.
• Team Collaboration: Support the wider 3rd line team with complex problems and projects.
• Documentation: Record issues, resolutions, and system changes accurately.
