Job summary

First Military Recruitment Ltd is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join the Cirencester office. You will build a warm desk, develop business with clients and candidates, and contribute to a target-driven environment.

The role offers £25k-£30k base with uncapped commission and a realistic first-year OTE of £40k-£45k, plus ongoing incentives and a structured benefits package. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and negotiate contracts, interviewing candidates and matching

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a 360 recruitment consultant is essential.
• Commercial awareness and target-driven mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and energy to meet office targets.

Responsibilities

• Build a warm desk and develop business through new and existing accounts.
• Dealing with both candidates and clients via phone, email & in person.
• Proactively source candidates and develop new business by phone and face to face.
• Negotiate contracts and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Interview and assess applicants and match skills to client needs.
• Advertise vacancies through proven mediums and provide feedback.
