Responsibilities

• Build a warm desk and develop business with new and existing accounts.
• Deal with candidates and clients via phone, email, and in person.
• Proactively source candidates.
• Develop new business through proactive phone and in‑person development.
• Negotiate contracts with clients.
• Interview and assess applicants and match skills to client needs.
• Advertise vacancies through proven media channels.
• Help applicants prepare for interviews.
• Provide detailed feedback to candidates and clients.
