Job summary

AMB Recruitment Group is hiring a Recruitment Consultant in Warrington. The role is permanent, office-based, 37.5 hours per week, with a base salary of £26,000–£30,000 plus uncapped commission.

Annual OTE ranges from £36,000 to £48,000, reflecting performance and market demand. You’ll join a fast-paced team, source candidates, write adverts, screen CVs and manage client relationships while developing your own desk and network.

Qualifications

• Early in recruitment or sales background, ready to specialise in construction and engineering.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Confident on the phone and good at building relationships.
• Warrington-based, office-based role with structured training.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Write job adverts and screen CVs.
• Run candidate calls and set up interviews.
• Manage CRM and handle compliance including right to work checks.
• Build relationships with existing clients and win new business.
• Own your desk and grow your patch and pipeline.
