• Previous 360 recruitment experience essential.
• Strong commercial awareness and client focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Excellent organisational skills and drive to succeed.
• Confident, energetic and target-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Build a warm desk and develop business through new and existing accounts.
• Interact with candidates and clients by phone, email and in person.
• Source candidates proactively and interview applicants.
• Negotiate contracts and support interview preparation.
• Provide detailed feedback to candidates and clients.
