Job summary

Flourish is seeking an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and to manage long-term client relationships in a fast-paced SME market.

You'll receive structured training, coaching, and the autonomy to build your own client portfolio, with a base salary of £30,000–£35,000 plus uncapped commission and an OTE of £35,000–£45,000.

Strong communication, drive, and a results-focused mindset are essential for success and career progression within Flourish.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
• Managing the full 360 sales cycle from initial outreach through to closing business.
• Building strong relationships with SME clients and understanding their business needs.
• Providing excellent customer service and ongoing account support after onboarding.
• Working towards ambitious sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Becoming a trusted advisor by helping customers identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
