Job summary

G2 Legal seeks a Contentious Probate Solicitor with 3+ PQE to join a nationally recognised boutique disputes practice specialising exclusively in contentious trusts and estates. The firm offers remote and hybrid working, strong support, and a merit-based pathway to Partnership.

You will manage a varied caseload including will and inheritance disputes, Act 1975 claims, trust and executor disputes, with autonomy and a supportive team. A long-term career with real progression is on offer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in contentious probate.
• Strong technical ability and client care.
• Confident in managing own caseload and working independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of high-value contentious probate disputes (will, trust, and estate issues).
• Advise clients and negotiate settlements while directing complex litigation where needed.
• Collaborate with a specialist team while benefiting from mentorship and flexible working arrangements.
