Job summary

Proactive Appointments Limited is seeking a proactive Systems Support Engineer to join the technical team in a hybrid role across Northampton and London. You will provide day-to-day support for Microsoft 365, Azure AD and Exchange Online, plus Zoho CRM and related Zoho apps.

You’ll troubleshoot, manage CRM workflows and assist with onboarding and general SaaS administration. The role involves collaborating with developers and solution architects; strong communication and team-fit are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and core cloud services.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM and Zoho applications.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support for Microsoft applications including O365 Admin, Exchange Online, Azure AD.
• Troubleshoot and support Zoho applications, primarily Zoho CRM.
• Maintain CRM workflows, dashboards and automations in Zoho CRM.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding, user account setup and permissions.
• Support administration of SaaS tools and liaise with technical team on escalations.
