Solid experience supporting Microsoft 365 and other core Microsoft cloud services.
Familiarity with SaaS CRM platforms — Zoho CRM experience preferred, but knowledge of similar systems like Salesforce, Dynamics, or HubSpot is also beneficial.
A strong communicator with a problem-solving mindset — confident working independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable juggling multiple support requests and adapting to a fast-paced, evolving tech environment.
Eager to grow and open to learning areas such as low-code scripting (e.g. Deluge in Zoho).

Responsibilities

Provide front-line support for Microsoft applications including O365 Admin, Exchange Online, Azure AD, and Azure VPN.
Deliver day-to-day troubleshooting and user support across Zoho applications, primarily Zoho CRM.
Maintain and configure CRM workflows, dashboards, and automations in Zoho CRM.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes including user account setup and permissions.
Assist with general administration of SaaS tools used across the business.
Liaise with the broader technical team to resolve escalations and implement system improvements.
