Job summary

Qualifications

Solid experience supporting Microsoft 365 and other core Microsoft cloud services.
Familiarity with SaaS CRM platforms — Zoho CRM preferred, but knowledge of Salesforce, Dynamics, or HubSpot is beneficial.
Strong communicator with a problem-solving mindset.
Comfortable juggling multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn low-code scripting (Deluge) for automation.

Responsibilities

Provide front-line support for Microsoft applications including O365 Admin, Exchange Online, Azure AD, and Azure VPN.
Deliver day-to-day troubleshooting and user support across Zoho applications, primarily Zoho CRM.
Maintain and configure CRM workflows, dashboards, and automations in Zoho CRM.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes including user account setup and permissions.
Assist with general administration of SaaS tools used across the business.
Liaise with the broader technical team to resolve escalations and implement system improvements.
