Job summary

Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is looking for a hands-on 2nd Line IT Technician to join their internal IT team in the UK. This role involves providing crucial support, troubleshooting complex Microsoft 365 issues, and maintaining device management through Intune.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a 2nd line IT support role, ideally within an internal IT function.
• Strong fault-finding ability and methodical approach.
• Hands-on experience with Intune and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line support across the business, owning tickets through to resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Microsoft 365 issues.
• Administer and maintain Intune for device management.
