Job summary

bk plus is recruiting a Second Line IT Support Technician in the United Kingdom to resolve advanced incidents escalated from the first line. You will diagnose hardware, software, and network issues, providing timely solutions both remotely and on-site to maintain high customer satisfaction.

You will install and maintain desktops, laptops, mobiles, printers and network equipment, document resolutions, and support IT projects and security updates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an IT support role, preferably second line.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve IT incidents and service requests escalated from first line.
• Diagnose hardware, software, network, and system issues both remotely and on-site.
• Install, configure and maintain IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and network equipment.
• Document resolution activities in the service management system.
