Qualifications

• Some IT support experience or strong technical aptitude.
• Basic networking knowledge and familiarity with VPNs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd line technical support to users.
• Log, triage, and resolve IT issues; escalate when needed.
• Support software applications and basic networking problems.
• Assist with remote access/VPN connectivity and documentation of actions.
• Deliver a professional, user-focused service at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
