This role is with a telecoms service provider & MSP that is experiencing continued growth. They are well-funded and consistently winning new contracts across private and public sectors. The company has over 250 employees and offices worldwide, providing connectivity, communication, and managed IT solutions to clients in maritime, defence, and commercial sectors.
You will join a team of 4 customer-facing engineers responsible for technical support, administration, and management of customer-managed IT. The role involves resolving escalations from junior team members and participating in project work as needed.
We are seeking a strong Microsoft-focused engineer with experience in 1st or 2nd line support within an MSP. The role requires excellent all-round IT skills, including Windows Desktop and Server, Networking, Office 365, WiFi, Data, and Voice Communications. This position is suitable for someone with a service provider background who enjoys customer interaction.
