Be part of the systems management team of four customer-facing engineers. Your responsibilities include providing hands-on technical support, administration, and management of customer managed IT services. The role involves resolving escalations from junior team members and participating in project work as needed.
We are seeking a strong Microsoft-biased engineer with experience in 1st or 2nd line support within an MSP. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive IT skills, including Windows Desktop and Server, Networking, Office 365, WiFi, Data and Voice Communications, and more, typical of MSP experience.
