Are you currently working at 1st or 2nd line on a service desk, and looking to join a company that offers training, development, and progression? Then this is the job for you. Due to contract wins, our client is looking to expand their service desk team.
As a 2nd line IT Support Engineer, you’ll be based in the Ormskirk office for an MSP providing solutions to a range of clients. These clients have recently won contracts, and as a result, the team is growing. They are heading in the right direction.
The service desk manager encourages the development of his team and is keen for employees to upskill and be promoted, presenting a perfect opportunity for career progression.
You will work on a service desk of 8 engineers, resolving IT issues for external customers to ensure their businesses run smoothly. The environment is busy, and customer focus and expectation management are essential. There is also an opportunity to complete certifications if you are willing to study.
