About The Role

The IT Service Desk is the first point of contact for our products and customers. Our team provides technical support, including installation, troubleshooting, ticket logging, and resolution, ensuring excellent customer care and system performance.

Our service desk analysts are key to our managed services, delivering first-class support to maximize technology benefits for our clients.

This role follows a shift pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off, with shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
