A leading Microsoft Solutions Partner in Surrey is seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist. In this role, you will manage inbound tickets, ensuring effective resolution and communication with customers. The position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with potential for WFH, and exposure to Microsoft Cloud technologies. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication and troubleshooting skills, with opportunities for Microsoft certification support.
Fantastic opportunity to work for a small Microsoft Solutions Partner in Surrey providing IT support and services to SMBs throughout the UK.
You will be dealing with inbound tickets via phone and email from our varied customer base. Your primary responsibility will be logging, prioritising, and resolving service calls effectively and efficiently. You will liaise with third parties where necessary and ensure tickets are handled appropriately.
The role is Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. We do not work weekends or bank holidays. Paid overtime is available but rare.
This role is open to anyone in the UK, as a WFH setup is possible for the right candidate.
We use various tools to manage and assist our customer base, including:
Networking and hardware skills are advantageous but at minimum, the ability to troubleshoot from the command line is required.
You'll be exposed to Microsoft Cloud technologies such as Azure, SharePoint, and OneDrive. We actively encourage staff to obtain Microsoft certifications, covering up to four exams per year, supported by comprehensive online training services.
