Siemens Energy is seeking a skilled OSD Technical Specialist - SGT to join the OneOSD team in the UK. You will be part of a 24/7 central hub that coordinates urgent operational responses across our installed fleet, diagnosing faults and guiding safe return to service.

The role requires 5+ years of gas turbine experience (SGT-100/200/300/400 preferred), strong analytical abilities, and fluent English. You will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with global teams and stakeholders during

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years Gas Turbine experience, preferably on SGT-100/200/300/400 equipment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills under pressure.
• Confident English communicator, able to coordinate multiple stakeholders during time-critical events.

Responsabilidades

• Provide immediate technical responses to urgent operational issues and faults.
• Own end-to-end operational incidents from first notification to resolution.
• Act as authoritative technical interface for customers and internal teams during live events.
• Coordinate with regional teams to mobilize expertise.
• Deliver proactive monitoring and respond to high-priority fleet notifications.
• Log and manage cases in Salesforce with clear communication and traceability.
• Contribute to OneOSD’s role as a global fleet intelligence center.
