Siemens Energy is seeking a CTS OneOSD Technical Specialist to join our 24/7 central hub, coordinating responses to urgent operational events across our installed fleet. You will diagnose faults, restore equipment to service, and own incidents from first notification through to resolution, acting as the technical interface to customers and internal teams.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in Technical Services or Operational Support in energy/industrial settings.
• Gas Turbine experience on SGT-100/200/300/400 preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills under pressure.
• Fluent English communication with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Provide immediate technical responses to urgent operational issues.
• Own incidents end-to-end from notification to closure.
• Act as the technical interface for customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with field/service teams to mobilize expertise.
• Deliver proactive out-of-hours monitoring and respond to fleet/EDGE alerts.
• Document cases in Salesforce with clear communication and traceability.
• Contribute to OneOSD as a global fleet intelligence hub.
