Siemens Energy UK is seeking an SGT-A35 Senior Service Engineer to optimise Aero derivative gas turbines and drive reliability. You will lead technical solutions, perform RCA, and collaborate with global teams for world-class service and support.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in RCA techniques and tools.
• Proven knowledge of holistic gas turbine operations, hardware, and repair/overhaul processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical solutions for Aero derivative gas turbines, addressing immediate and long-term challenges.
• Apply Root Cause Analysis tools for cost-effective, customer-centric issue resolution.
• Author and update service documentation including bulletins and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with customers to provide updates on technical issues and ensure clear communication.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Travel occasionally to Siemens and customer sites worldwide for onsite support.
• Support R&D projects to improve KPIs such as safety, reliability, or efficiency.
