Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent literacy and numeracy required.
• Proven experience with computerised technology and templates.
• Qualifications in MS Windows, Excel and email usage; data protection knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate 24/7 switchboard interfacing with Trust and external customers.
• Provide a professional front-of-house telephone service for internal and external callers.
• Be flexible to cover day/evening/night shifts, weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow rota published 12 weeks in advance and respond to emergencies calmly.
