Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-of-house roles.
• Willingness to undertake first aider training.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for visitors and service users in secure services.
• Handle telephone enquiries and provide excellent customer care to internal and external stakeholders.
• Work shifts across the 24-hour frame, including nights, weekends and bank holidays.
• Undertake training and qualify as a first aider to provide 24-hour coverage.
• Maintain the integrity of safety and security provisions and respond to breaches or emergencies.
• Act as the main point of contact for Secure and Complex Care Programme locations.
• Demonstrate adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning, embracing new technologies.
