Job summary

Sibylline Ltd in London is seeking a Security Operator for an embedded role to support the client’s 24/7 global security operations. You will monitor alarms, control access, operate CCTV, document incidents and coordinate dispatch.

This onsite role requires working 5x8 hour shifts, including nights and weekends, with flexibility to cover gaps where required. Must provide a valid SIA CCTV licence prior to starting.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and clear communicator with strong service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple security-related tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of basic security operations, access control, or CCTV systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely response to alarms, incidents, notifications, and requests for service.
• Monitor and manage access control, CCTV, alarm systems, and communications platforms.
• Perform badge creation, modification, deactivation, and access-management support.
• Receive, document, categorize, escalated, and close security incidents.
• Dispatch security personnel, facilities personnel, and emergency responders as required.
• Support emergency communications and incident notifications.
• Respond to Jira tickets, calls, emails, and other customer service requests.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and audit trails.
• Participate in training, exercises, and continuous improvement initiatives.
