Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Emergency Control Room Operator for our Workplace Security team based in Urmston. The role is a permanent 42-hour week with 12-hour shifts on a 4 on/4 off pattern, including day and night shifts.

You will monitor CCTV, respond to alarms, and liaise with authorities to keep people and premises safe. Applicants must hold a valid UK SIA badge, CCTV licence, a UK manual driving licence, and provide a full 5-year UK work history.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK Manual Driving Licence.
• SIA badge SG/DS with CCTV qualifications are essential.
• CCTV Licence is required for the role.
• Full 5-year UK checkable work history is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet visitors, staff and contractors and manage the control room environment.
• CCTV monitoring and patrols with clear incident reporting.
• Maintain liaison with local authorities and emergency services during incidents.
• Monitor alarms and respond promptly to emergencies to mitigate risks.
• Operate a telephone switchboard and document all security-related activities.
