We're seeking an Associate to join our leading Private Client team in Southampton. This is a great opportunity to step into a busy, well-resourced practice with high-quality work and real scope for progression.

The Role

You'll manage a varied caseload for high-net-worth individuals and families, including:

  • Wills and estate planning
  • Trusts and IHT planning
  • Powers of attorney
  • Estate and trust administration

You'll join an established, supportive team with a strong pipeline of complex, high-value work.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience across wills, trusts, estates, LPAs, and related tax planning
  • Ability to manage complex files independently
  • Ideally STEP qualified or working towards it
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A collaborative approach and interest in BD
