Responsibilities

• Deskside and Help Desk support.
• Working alongside members of the IT Team to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues via email, phone, or ticketing system.
• Supporting a small-sized user base.
• Upgrading and maintaining the company’s infrastructure/systems.
• Assisting on project tasks.
