Remedian IT Solutions are an award-winning MSP who specialise in providing technological assistance and support to both schools and businesses in Greater Manchester. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic graduate who is looking to delve into the world of IT. It is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career in IT and technology and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace. This is a full-time position based on 37.5 hours per week.
Since our beginning in 2007, we have grown from our start-up of two company directors to a team large enough to cope with any eventuality. Each member of our team has their own individual areas of expertise, but we all work together to provide our customers with excellent service and support.
The role we are offering within the company is for graduates with no prior IT experience required. The role will be perfect for anyone looking to develop their skills and gain experience in the industry, as you will get to experience different roles and departments across the business. We do this as we believe in training our staff to be well-rounded individuals rather than limit them to a specific area of the company.
You will have involvement as both part of the helpdesk and on-site team, so excellent communication skills are incredibly important for the role.
The role will offer a starting salary of £24,000, with excellent progression opportunities.
